At Swiss Knife Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
